		<description>Definately agree, it&#039;s the difference between a teacher who knows the subject to excess, and one that doesn&#039;t know it as well but can communicate what they do know. Students get more from teachers that can communicate vs ones that just know the book.

So, does this mean you&#039;re back in town?</description>
