Dancewatcher: my counterpart on Spekked
One of the benefits of being part of the B5Media family is that there are a lot of other bloggers out there doing neat things - though I occupy a pretty unique niche here in the lifestyles channel, and most of the celebrity watches are less about the performing arts than individual celebs.
DanceWatcher Lynn Devries is the exception. A veteran blogger, she also loves (like me) the dance reality shows. I’m kicking myself for not noticing her blog sooner, but now I’m itching for the next season of dance to start off. See, far from being a competition, when you blog about something like this you can have a public conversation, a debate, a commiseration, whatever’s appropriate about the events you cover. As my girlfriend put it, “When I read about a show I like, I don’t read just one blog - I read them all!”
So go pay Lynn a visit, see what she has to say (her holiday card is a hoot). And you’ll see a link or two from here to there in the future.
