Join Me Ethically at Blogworld Expo in VEGAS!
Well, it’s official; since I’ve been invited by the esteemed Amy Gahran to be on a panel discussing the ethics of blogging, I will be going to Blogworld Expo in Vegas. Any other dance/performing arts bloggers going to be there? At podcast expos there are often “meetups” for themed podcasts; I’m hoping to find a similar real-life meeting with my peers (ah, to meet Swan Lake Samba Girl, Great Dance Blogger, or BeckyLoooo in person!). That and I’d really like to have my picture taken with Ariana Huffington.
I should mention that the entire thing is sponsored by my Wonderful Employer of the North, B5 Media. It’s really nice to be part of a growing company. They’ve also recently published a new portal, Spekked, which covers everything you’ve wanted to know about your favorite TV stars. Since I’m focused mainly on the performing arts, you won’t see much of me there…at least, not until the next season of SYTYCD.
And no, my presence on the ethics panel has nothing to do with my work here on this blog. It’s some of my other projects and other expertise. Thanks for asking.

Aw Thanks; I’d love to meet you and the others too! I haven’t heard of this event, and I wasn’t invited, so don’t know if I can go. It sounds really interesting though — let us know what happens on that ethics panel!
