Blogging So You Think You Can Dance…
Sabra…well, I think she was trying too hard. She was good, but I really don’t like the way they try and squeeze out "one more move" as the audience counts down (and how rude is that, anyway?). I feel that they should concentrate more on making it a good dance.
Dominic, on the other hand, didn’t dance enough, tried too hard to please the crowd. More head spins? Beginning to seem like a one-trick pony.
Wow. Ricky really did well. Couldn’t believe his extension…he was the first one who I felt really was dancing, more than just doing a stunt.
Faina…kind of disappointed me. She didn’t seem on.
Cedric, on the other hand – he was not showing off. He was dancing. It was beautiful, it was intense, it was perfectly timed (did you see him nail that drum beat?)
And the judges go off…bah. Who cares? Get rid of Sabra and Dominic. That’s my vote…of course, I missed the first few dancers. Maybe they were worse?

I was sad to see Ricky go tonight…but there was always something about him that nagged me. Maybe I wasn’t the only one?

Thanks, Alexandra. I kind of have soured on Cedric now, because I think it was his bloopers that put Faina in the position to have to dance for her life AGAIN and, this time, not make it.
You can bet I’ll be blogging lots on this – it’s becoming a ritual watching event. Which means I’m succumbing to the ploys of marketing…or I just like good dance. Who knows?
