Rehearsals.com Is Worth a Peak

Have you ever wondered what it is like to prepare for an upcoming concert, or how they develop a song?  Rehearsals.com is a site dedicated to giving an insider look at musical artists preparing music, concerts, and TV appearances.  It is the brain child of Center Staging. Center Staging is basically a high-end rehearsal studio.  Forget the little piano rooms like they have in college.

Eliminated Comic “Bill Dwyer”

Eliminated Comic “Joey Gay”
This week on The Last Comic Standing was just pure fun.  We tossed the tension overboard (Stella) and we finally got to see what comics do best…be funny.
Everyone has a lot of respect for each other, and they should.  I hate high drama when it is unnecessary and this is one of those occasions that I want to laugh not feel like I am getting ready to referee a fight.

Tarzan Comes To Broadway

Tarzan Comes To Broadway

Tarzan the Musical opened on Broadway in May but it will be curious to see how long it lasts.

Last Comic Standing: Episode 5

Eliminated Comic “Stella”

Eliminated Comic “April Macie”
Episode 5 of NBC’s The Last Comic Standing waved a fond farewell to April Macie and a “I thought that she would never leave” to Stella.
We began our voyage on the Queen Mary where the cast will be living together until they are hoisted overboard.  Sorry for the oceanic metaphors.  I will try to control myself.
The challenge for our comics this week was to heckle each other.  The audience would choose two winners, the best heckler and the best comedian.  These two people received immunity for the week.
We, of course, had to have drama…it is …read more
